spiritual direction
An unhurried practice with Dinah Lee
Spiritual direction is an ancient, unhurried practice of noticing — together — where God is already moving in your life. It is not counseling or coaching. It is the slow, prayerful work of paying attention with someone trained to stay out of the way.
I sit with people each month for sixty minutes — online from anywhere, or in person in Atlanta — for as long as the work is doing what it needs to do.
First conversation offered without charge.

A note from Dinah
I'm a spiritual director with a heart for helping others rest in Jesus and listen for His voice — especially those serving in ministry or on the mission field.
My background is in education and ministry. After years as a gifted education teacher and then in cross-cultural ministry overseas — church planting among unreached people groups — I completed a two-year certification in spiritual direction through Sustainable Faith. Through spiritual direction, I love creating a gentle, prayerful space where people can slow down, rest in God's presence, and notice how He is moving in their lives.
I see directees online (from anywhere) and, when fitting, in person in the Atlanta area. I welcome directees from across the breadth of Christian traditions.
No need to have it all figured out. Just bring what is there.
